Valid discount codes must be entered at time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

As this is a small, new shop, items will be Made to Order to reduce waste.

All items are homemade unless otherwise stated.

Sales tax is automatically calculated by Big Cartel for online purchases.

In Person Purchases may be priced differently, In Person sales tax may be calculated differently.

Please ensure your cart, shipping, billing, and contact information is correct before placing your order.
If the shipping or contact info you entered contains a typo please notify me asap so I can amend the order.
- Information cannot be amended once shipped.
- Requesting a different shipping address or recipient is not permitted.
If you do not use your legal name, it is possible USPS will not be able to deliver your order.

All sales are final. 🔒

No cancellations. No returns. No exchanges.
- I am not responsible for products once they are shipped, including but not limited to issues such as delays, missing packages, or damages. Please contact USPS for such claims.
- Please contact me asap if your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has not arrived after 1 month. If you are requesting a refund/replacement, clear photo evidence of issue required and must include original packaging. Issuing a refund/replacement is up to my discretion.

Shipping 📮

Shipping profiles are currently set up for US addresses only. 🙇‍♀️

USPS delivery estimates:
- First Class Mail delivered in 1–5 business days; no tracking.
- USPS Ground Advantage delivered in 2–5 business days; includes tracking.
Large rigid envelopes are considered as small packages.

Tracking is not insurance.
Delivery may be affected by volume, weather, etc. See usps.com for alerts.

Packaging 📦

Please select a shipping option appropriate to your order.
Please take into account other product selections if applicable.
- Stickers are sent in an envelope; you may upgrade to a rigid mailer.
- Single greeting card/postcard orders are sent in an envelope; you may upgrade to a rigid mailer.
- Rigid Mailer is best for orders containing up to 5 prints sized 8x10in and under.
- Large Rigid Mailer or Small Package is best for orders containing over 5 prints sized 8x10in and under.
- Large Package is for orders containing prints sized 11x14in and up.
- Prints larger than 8x10in will be sent in tubes.
- If you think the available shipping methods will not suit your order, do not submit your order; please message me for other options and I will get back to you asap!
- I may adjust the packaging or shipping method to better suit your order.

Refunds and Replacements 🧾

It is up to my discretion whether to issue a refund and/or replacement.
- For replacements, I may request you cover shipping costs. Not all products may be eligible for replacements, e.g. out of stock products, limited quantity, etc.
- Due to limited stock, items damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a replacement.

Privacy 📁
Personally identifying information you provide such as name, address, and email are collected to provide services to you.

I will not share your information except to provide these services and as required by law or legal process.
